Product teams are adopting agents faster than playbooks can keep up. The gap between how PMs describe their work and how they actually work is widening.

We're running structured interviews so the community gets a shared picture — not another hot take thread. Every completed interview adds to a public aggregate and a donation to charity.

Propane builds the agentic workspace for PMs. This report is independent research: your answers are anonymized and used only for the State of the Agentic PM 2026 publication.
