Skills used to live in one person's account — a nurture flow one CS rep built couldn't help the rest of the team. Skills are now optionally account-wide. Choose which skills stay personal and which are shared, so a working skill doesn't have to be rebuilt from scratch by everyone else.

- **Overview and details** — Cleaned up the UI and UX on the signals overview and signals details pages.
